We are parents whose children suffer from a serious rare disease, SPATA5, ever since they were born. However, we decided to confront the cruel fate of our children.

In order to help our children, we came together and founded the non-profit organization SPATA5 CZ.

Thanks to scientists from the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, we have gained hope that it is within the power of Czech researchers to find and develop a cure for SPATA5 for our and other children. However, research and development of the drug is beyond our financial capabilities, so we are asking for public support. Without your help, we will not achieve our goal.
